tkvat Terms & Conditions

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the tkvat platform — including the website at https://tkvat.com, any associated mobile-optimised interface, or any tkvat service — you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the tkvat platform.

tkvat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://tkvat.com/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the tkvat platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of tkvat, including registered account holders and casual visitors to the platform. They govern all gaming, betting, promotional, financial, and support interactions you have with tkvat. Additional terms may apply to specific games, promotions, or features, and will be clearly communicated at the point of participation.

By registering an account with tkvat, you further confirm that you are not acting on behalf of a third party, that all information you provide during registration is accurate and truthful, and that you are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial or professional gambling purpose unless expressly permitted in writing by tkvat.

Access to real-money gaming, sports betting, and all other wagering services on tkvat is strictly limited to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, or participate in any real-money activity on tkvat. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. tkvat does not make exceptions to the 18+ age restriction under any circumstances.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions to use tkvat:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering for personal use.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on any gambling self-exclusion registry that applies to your jurisdiction.
• You must not have previously had a tkvat account closed due to a breach of these Terms.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of tkvat or any of its affiliated software, payment, or operational partners.

tkvat conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) identity and age verification as part of the account registration and withdrawal process. You may be asked to provide a copy of your National ID card, birth certificate, passport, or other government-issued identification at any point during your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by tkvat may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

tkvat serves players located in Bangladesh. The platform is offered in English and is designed specifically for the Bangladesh market. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of tkvat is lawful in your specific location, and tkvat accepts no liability for any consequence arising from your access to the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted or prohibited.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) tkvat account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether in your own name or using a different name, email address, payment method, or device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tkvat employs technical detection systems to identify duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts upon discovery, forfeiting any balances or pending bonuses.

When registering your tkvat account, you must provide complete and accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a phone number associated with your mobile financial service account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket, as applicable). You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your tkvat username and password.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account.
• All activity, wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account on shared or public devices after each session.

If you believe your account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, you must notify tkvat's support team immediately at [email protected]. tkvat will temporarily freeze your account pending investigation. Any losses incurred prior to your notification may not be recoverable, and tkvat accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

tkvat reserves the right to refuse account registration, close an existing account, or restrict account functionality at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason, subject to returning any verifiable net player balance held at the time of closure after deducting any applicable bonuses, promotional credits, or amounts under investigation.

All financial transactions on tkvat are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tkvat does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals made via supported payment methods. However, your payment service provider (for example, bKash or Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges, over which tkvat has no control.

tkvat currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank Mobile), Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your tkvat account dashboard at the time of requesting a withdrawal. These thresholds may be subject to change and are updated without prior notice on the platform.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically processed and credited to your tkvat wallet within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 30 minutes and 24 hours depending on the originating institution and time of transaction. tkvat is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking partners.

Withdrawal requests are processed by tkvat within a standard processing window. Before your first withdrawal is approved, full KYC verification must be completed. tkvat reserves the right to request additional documentation for any withdrawal it deems high-value or otherwise requiring enhanced due diligence.

All deposit and withdrawal activity on tkvat is subject to anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. tkvat reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that triggers its AML monitoring systems, pending satisfactory explanation and documentation from the account holder. Players are reminded that tkvat is an entertainment platform — it must not be used as a mechanism for transferring or processing funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.

tkvat offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, in addition to the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that particular offer.

The following general rules apply to all tkvat bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to verified account holders aged 18 and above only.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for the bonus. Uncompleted wagering at the expiry of the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game category are displayed in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are not withdrawable — only winnings generated from bonus play (after wagering requirements are met) are eligible for withdrawal.

Seasonal promotions aligned to Bangladesh's major cultural and sporting events — including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments — are offered at tkvat's discretion. Notification of such promotions will be communicated via the platform and through registered account contact channels. Eligibility criteria and duration will be specified for each seasonal event.

tkvat is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkvat platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential legal action:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including sharing card information in live table games or coordinating bet placement in sports markets.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment credentials to fund a tkvat account.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes with your bank or mobile financial service provider after receiving the corresponding gaming value.
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting software, or any technical method to interact with the tkvat platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploitation of errors: Knowingly taking advantage of software bugs, display errors, pricing errors in odds, or any malfunction of the tkvat platform. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable technical error are void and will be reversed.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Systematic exploitation of bonus offers or odds discrepancies across multiple accounts for guaranteed profit, regardless of game outcome.
• Identity misrepresentation: Registering under a false name, providing fabricated identification documents, or otherwise misrepresenting your identity to tkvat.

tkvat employs a dedicated risk and integrity team that monitors platform activity continuously. Players identified as engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will have their accounts suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals frozen, and any balances subject to forfeiture pending a full investigation. tkvat's determination on matters of fair play and prohibited conduct is final.

tkvat reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or collusive activity.
• AML or fraud prevention obligations that require the account to be frozen.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder or a verified responsible gaming authority.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, you will be notified via your registered email address where it is safe and lawful to do so. You will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place wagers during a suspension period. tkvat will endeavour to resolve investigations in a timely manner but provides no guarantee of investigation timeframes.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their tkvat account may do so by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, any verified net cash balance (excluding bonus funds, promotional credits, or amounts under investigation) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Players who have activated a self-exclusion or cooling-off period through tkvat's responsible gaming tools may not request early reinstatement of their account before the exclusion period expires. This policy exists to protect the player and will be enforced without exception.

tkvat provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While tkvat makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous, error-free platform availability, it does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, completely free of technical errors, or available at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, and events outside tkvat's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkvat shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, gaming winnings, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the tkvat platform.
• Losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or interruptions to third-party payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer partners.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages howsoever arising in connection with your use of tkvat.
• The conduct, content, or accuracy of any third-party game provider whose games are accessible via the tkvat platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tkvat's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

tkvat accepts no responsibility for any tax liability you may incur as a result of winnings received through the platform. It is your sole responsibility to comply with any applicable tax obligations in your jurisdiction relating to gambling winnings.

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the tkvat platform, its games, its promotions, or any transaction, you should contact the tkvat support team at [email protected] providing full details of the issue. tkvat will acknowledge your complaint and aim to provide a substantive response within 5 business days. tkvat's decision on complaints is final once the internal review process has been completed.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and tkvat with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
